I lost my pet spider

So I had this pet spider who I showed you a picture of when I first moved here who I said "G'day" to each morning.  One morning I couldn't find her.  I thought she went hunting for feed and would be back when I got home but nada.  The next day I saw an almost identicle spider in the bathroom.  I didn't think it was pet spider so I left her alone.  Bathroom spider was there for a couple of days and then disappeared.  With that said, pet spider is gone and bathroom spider is gone.  I think Joyce Lorraine Gay Dawn or Bella Marie Del Monte, the dogs of the household, may have eaten them! I am just hoping that pet spider is on holiday and I shall find her soon.  Just not in my bed, shoes, clothes, or ears. 

However, I did kill this roach the other day.  I put a pen next to the critter so you knew how big he was.  R.I.P.  I am reading the book, "The girl with the dragon tatoo"  Everyone on the bus has been reading it so I figured why not? I will give it a whirl. 

Also, thank you, thank you, thank you to Frau, Sierra, AND a HUGE special thanks to Aine who I swear robbed the Christmas Tree Shop and shipped it to AUS.  I will give you money and will certainly write a post with pics of the blessed fourth of July celebration.  Everyone enjoy their 4th and I can't wait to celebrate September 4th with all of you! :) Here is a pic of my English friend Ben with some of the supplies on.
